The Suzumo SVC-ATX is a fully automatic sushi roll (Nori-Maki) cutting machine. The SCV-ATX cuts sushi rolls quickly, cleanly and safely.
Simply put your rolled sushi on the cutting table, press the two buttons on the bottom, and in less than 3 seconds, the machine will cleanly and safely cut your sushi roll into 6 or 8 pieces.
The Teflon coated table and blade frame assembly can be easily removed for cleaning. Remounting the blades after cleaning is done just as easily with no additional tools necessary for cleaning or disassembly.
At 14.5kgs, the machine is light enough to transport around and the compact size makes it easy to carry from place to place. The SVC-ATX can cut up to 480 large rolls or 960 small rolls per hour, which is perfect for a busy sushi restaurant or mass production. The generous two metre electrical cord and 80 watt power consumption make it cost effective and easy to use and no transformer is required for use in Australia. The product is CE certified and passes Australian OH & S standards with safety, performance and ease of operation the number one priority.
Additional Cutter Blade & Blade Set for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 slices available as optional accessory.
Please note that the SVC-ATX has been discontinued and has now been superceded by the SVC-ATC.
